Certainty: Great leaders have a clear vision and purpose, and they communicate it effectively to their team. They inspire trust and engagement by being clear and consistent in their messages and actions.
Communication: Great leaders are excellent communicators and they are able to effectively convey their thoughts and ideas to their team. They listen actively and are open to feedback, and they adapt their communication style to the needs of their audience.
